I agree with Edison ,but sometimes we will complain that we dont have enogh time to learn English , we are at work , we cant squeeze out time for learning …and so on .But time is belonging to you , we can arrange …no excuses ,just do it …

We study English as a second language,we should learn it through various ways .We can learn English through traditional class ,online progarmms,extracurricular books.In my view,the best way for us to learn is combination of listening ,reading and speaking.
